Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation for individuals and small businesses, and collaborating with a nationwide team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with additional Intuit services while guiding them through complex tax scenarios with clear, personalized explanations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• onsite at a TurboTax office for a minimum of 20 hours per week and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
