Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and ready- to-file returns at a local TurboTax location. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building lasting relationships in the community.

You will work on-site, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver an end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax-prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season.
• Willing to upskill to additional services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.
• Complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising use of your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
