Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling tax preparation for in-person and virtual clients and coordinating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will advise on complex tax scenarios, grow the local client base, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving practice within your community. Role requires onsite presence and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software, familiar with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to train and develop per business needs and branding requirements
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning
• Engage with clients to understand complete financial picture and coordinate with other specialists
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools
