Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events, offering exceptional customer experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business filings.
