Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, grow the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll while offering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local, at least 20 hours/week; promotion to peak season hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients to Intuit resources (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address broad financial needs.
• Develop long-term relationships and ensure high-quality customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Deliver best-in-class service using TurboTax tools and effective communication.
