Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a full financial picture for customers.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and use Intuit tools to grow the TurboTax network while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training
• onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum
• Willingness to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax content
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local client base as a community ambassador
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools
