Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax expertise and end-to-end service at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, prepare returns, and guide customers through related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base, host community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax while delivering a best-in-class customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal and state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into other service types.
• Onsite work 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm local.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and appear in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and prepare taxes for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate within the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
