Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a full Intuit experience. You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term relationships while maintaining strong service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and a seamless client experience.
