Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team of tax professionals to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and drive loyalty through in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base and build community relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
