Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling full-service tax returns and providing expert advice.

You will connect clients with Intuit solutions, build relationships, and grow the local client base through outreach and events, supported by TurboTax marketing tools.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client service, collaboration with specialists, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (1040) with professional software.
• Willing to upsell additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Residence in United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and optimize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
