Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and end-to-end tax services within the Intuit ecosystem.

You'll serve clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships and helping the local community achieve better financial outcomes. You will collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory teams to provide holistic solutions and a best-in-class customer experience,

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and via video tools.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
