Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance while collaborating with specialists to address a complete financial picture for clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with tax prep experience.
• PTIN holder as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with company training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office with 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to be featured in advertising using your name/picture.
• Interest in building local/community presence for TurboTax experts.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills add value.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Build rapport and trust through exceptional service and financial guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
