Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while connecting them to the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with a team of financial experts, community engagement, and growth of local client relationships.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required as per law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (federal/state).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and future planning.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both onsite and virtually.
