Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our new TurboTax locations in the United States. This role blends tax expertise with local community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, act as a local ambassador, and connect clients with Intuit solutions for ongoing financial support. The position is onsite with a strong focus on customer service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Build local customer base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and guide clients to Intuit solutions for ongoing support.
