Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, complete returns, and consult on related services to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Responsibilities include community outreach, in-person and virtual client service, and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead local growth by engaging community and building long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory specialists for end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
