Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will collaborate with colleagues across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions, building trusted relationships with clients in a personable, language-conscious

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base via outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
