Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, build local client relationships, and drive community outreach while guiding customers through tax preparation and advisory services.

Onsite hours are typical business times, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. A PTIN, active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and a passion for helping customers are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite, 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Completion of required training and compliance programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Lead local outreach, build a new client base and community partnerships.
• Guide clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
