Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized service, coordinating with a broader team to cover business, bookkeeping, payroll and planning as needed.

You’ll build local relationships, attract new clients, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while delivering an exceptional customer experience with privacy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 1040s with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team to ensure end-to-end Intuit service delivery.
