Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team in a real-world office. As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, advise clients, and coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This onsite role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering a high-quality customer experience, and engaging with the community through events.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA) or attorney status preferred.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, provide planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
