Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and connect clients with broader Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.

You will also drive local growth through community outreach and events, building long-term relationships with clients and the local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: payroll, bookkeeping, planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
