Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location.

You will work closely with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. You will engage with clients to understand their complete financial picture, provide tax expertise, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and strong service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Engage clients in-person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions in plain language.
