Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services in local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering customized tax solutions and helping clients navigate complex scenarios while growing the local business.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday–Friday, part-time to full-time hours as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
• Interact with customers using Intuit’s video tools and help them achieve their financial goals.
