Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location.

You will be a trusted advisor, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and financial services, while actively growing the local client base. You will engage with customers in-person and virtually, guiding them through complex scenarios, and presenting Intuit solutions that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ Federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill to add services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, ranging from simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local communities and partnerships.
• Connect clients withIntuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
