Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice.

You will collaborate with teams covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships in your community, and represent Intuit in local events while providing personalized guidance and a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Assist with deductions optimization and tax planning.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem.
