Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, building relationships and driving community growth in your market.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, expand the client base, and promote Intuit’s ecosystem while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for full service delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and clear financial guidance.
