Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and support TurboTax clients in person and virtually, building a complete financial picture with the help of our specialists.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base, establish relationships, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to create ongoing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years handling 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–5:00, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training.
• Willingness to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and brand presence.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
