Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation onsite at a TurboTax location.

You’ll work with customers in person and virtually, provide tax advice, handle complex scenarios, and coordinate with a team of specialists to create a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, lead community outreach, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into related services like bookkeeping/payroll with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office during regular hours, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Engage as a community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver year-round support within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients with tax-related questions in person and virtually.
