Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory support.

You’ll coordinate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end financial services while growing the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, detailed tax work, and leveraging Intuit resources to provide year‑round support across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law basics.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll and advisory areas with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week; training completed as required.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing promotions.
• Interest in building a local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal and business income.
• Join with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
