Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support to clients.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and leveraging TurboTax marketing tools to expand community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Experience handling personal and business tax returns and tax planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite at a TurboTax location.
