Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while integrating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage marketing resources to expand community presence.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with strong preparation experience.
• PTIN holder required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to expand services to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Engage with customers to understand complete financial situations.
