Intuit Careers in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and personalized tax guidance in collaboration with a team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local client base, provide end-to-end insights, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma while leveraging Intuit tools, with a strong focus on excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Uniforms; be open to advertising using your name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert and assisting the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients for personal and business income.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan ahead.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.
