Job summary

Intuit Careers in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at TurboTax locations. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, year-round client experience and grow the local customer base.

You will guide clients through tax scenarios from simple to complex, leverage state-of-the-art tools, and participate in community events to build relationships while supporting Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
