Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for individuals and small businesses while collaborating with a team of specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

This role emphasizes building a local client base, community engagement, and long-term relationships, with the Intuit ecosystem backing your efforts through marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040s per tax season with tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location with regular hours and participate in ongoing training.
