Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and coordinate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

You’ll also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base, hosting educational events, and introducing clients to additional Intuit services for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual channels.
