Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation.
• Assist with personal and business tax scenarios, deductions, amendments.
• Serve as a local ambassador, grow the client base and community presence.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning teams for full Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
