Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts in multiple U.S. locations.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to serve each client’s complete financial picture. This role emphasizes community outreach, personal connections, and ongoing local growth.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and through Intuit’s video tools.
