Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals for on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles across the U.S. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit support.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing resources to build lasting relationships while ensuring a seamless customer experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, in 8am–5pm window.
• English/Spanish skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local community ambassador and grow client base.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with personalized guidance.
