Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and coordinating with specialists across Intuit services. You will engage with customers in person and virtually, building lasting client relationships and delivering end-to-end tax solutions with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or active Attorney status with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided; advertising usage of name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build lasting relationships to convert one-time transactions into multi-year clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
