Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate their tax needs and build local relationships.

This non‑exempt, on‑site role emphasizes community outreach, marketing support, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full service preparation for customers.
• Assist with discovery sessions, deductions optimization, and planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build community relationships.
