Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging customers in-person and building local relationships.

You will grow the client base, participate in local marketing, and deliver exceptional service in a front-facing retail environment, with a focus on empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and future tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
