You will work with a team to assist in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and fostering client relationships within the local community. The role emphasizes growth of the local client base, cross‑selling related services, and leveraging Intuit resources to support customers year‑round.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with a client‑centered approach.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and professional demeanor.
