Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax expertise and client services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team to prepare complex to simple tax returns, offer tax planning advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s full ecosystem of services.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
