Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to clients at our local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite, handle a range of personal and business tax scenarios, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while connecting clients with complementary Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or advisory areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions/amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Coordinate with adjacent Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for end-to-end service.
