Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation at local TurboTax locations, working with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients. You will guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios, from basic W-2s to complex returns, while aligning with Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build Relationships – Develop trust and long-term client engagement in the local community.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Ensure professional, helpful experiences in person and via video tools.
