Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will advise on personal and small-business taxes, optimize deductions, and coordinate with a team of specialists to ensure seamless, year-round support for clients. You will also actively grow the local client base, cultivate trusted relationships, and represent Intuit in community events while leveraging marketing tools to drive

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite at TurboTax location for required hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
