Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with clients to complete returns, provide tax planning, and connect them with Intuit ecosystem partners for a complete financial solution.

You will build a local client base, host community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax, while collaborating with internal tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing activities.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community programs.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives.
