Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full‑service tax return preparation and expert tax advice. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, to deliver a seamless annual tax experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit experts to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
