Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions, including business and personal tax scenarios, while growing the local client base. You will act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and delivering a superior

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
