Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while expanding local market presence and collaborating with Intuit specialists. Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hrs/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms; advertising usage.
• Interest in local community presence and online content creation; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Lead discovery sessions, maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and offer future planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base and engagement.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit services as appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
