Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work closely with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and grow the local client base.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, connect them to relevant Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll, and act as the local face of TurboTax within your community.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
